Carrying out a full (COVID secure) security survey on the two-storey property, we advised a total overhaul of the existing Intruder Alarm system and CCTV system. With the business owner primarily operating overseas, the owner and management wanted to ensure complete store coverage and protection of the retail premises.
We installed eight, IP CCTV cameras, all linked back to our smart analytic NVR. This also allowed the owners to remotely view the store on their iPad, or smartphone from abroad. The IP CCTV Cameras were of 8 Megapixel Quality, ensuring a high specification of detail to be viewed and stored. The smart analytics enables footage to be played back easily, finding events and tracking without having to trawl through hours of footage as per their previous set-up
Our Intruder Alarm system ensures that the retail premises is protected day and night, with integrated panic buttons and monitoring with police response, along with break-glass, vibration and confirmed movement detectors and CSL Dualcom monitoring, the owners, and staff can rest assured that we've got their back in the event of an emergency.
Our smartphone app was also incorporated into both the CCTV and Intruder Alarm system, to provide easy access, monitoring and remote arming from anywhere in the world.
